ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative:  Buyers should want strong representation, so require your agent to have this designation.  CRS - Certified Residential Specialist - Just 5% of all Realtors in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialists. I earned this designation by completing a number of advanced courses and experience requriements. GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute - Completion of a number of courses designed to improve my skills and knowledge of real estate. SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist Completion in a number of courses geared to specific real estate issues faced by seniors today.

In My Free Time

When I have free time, my husband Garce and I enjoy being active and spending time in the mountains.  A few of my favorite hobbies include Snowshoeing and Watercolor painting. My paintings have been exhibited at the Lakewood Cultural Art Center as well as the Glenwood Springs Fall Art Festival.
